I remain fascinated by big bait techniques and culture and Chris Zaldain is one of the few pros who has always been forthcoming with me about which baits he relies upon. His Bass Mafia Daingerous (both “unloaded” and rigged) quickly became a staple for many serious anglers, and now he’s introducing a prerigged gizzard shad style lure – the Warden. We got a sneak peak at the 2025 Bassmaster Classic in his adopted hometown of Fort Worth.
